Rick has been helping clients to build, manage, preserve, and transition wealth for 24 years. His passion is helping people to find clarity and purpose for their wealth, and then working with them to develop and implement strategies that give them confidence in their ability to achieve their goals.

Rick was raised in Corpus Christi, and currently lives in Boerne with his wife Sunny and their 4 children. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Baylor in 1998, he became a Financial Advisor before being promoted to Branch Manager, Complex Manager and Market Leader serving Advisors in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. In these roles, Rick’s responsibilities included overseeing as much as 12 Billion dollars in client assets.

A staunch believer in education, Rick served on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Education Partnership, the Advisory Board to the National Hispanic Scholarship Fund, and is a past Board Member of St. Mary’s Episcopal School and of Junior Achievement of the Coastal Bend. Rick also served on the FINRA District 5 Committee from 2016-2018.

Michael is a compassionate servant leader, and has been helping Financial Services professionals and clients build, manage, preserve, and transition wealth for over 16 years.

His passion is helping people experience true FREEDOM in their life and business by finding clarity and purpose for their wealth, and then working with them to develop and implement strategies that give them confidence in their ability to achieve their goals.

After graduating with a degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Tyler, Michael began his career as a Financial Advisor and later held a variety of leadership roles in Compliance, Operations, Lending & Banking and Senior Leadership, most recently as a Senior Vice President, Area Manager, where he led a team of 33 Financial Advisors in 85 community bank locations across the greater South Texas area.

Michael and his wife Tonya have 2 children, and are also speakers and worship leaders, volunteering at numerous churches, events and conferences leading prayer and worship gatherings.
